Thirsty Thursday
Our Thirsty Thursday drink was born out of our will to create a grown-up summer drink that would appeal to the general public. To make this refreshing drink at home, stir equal parts strawberry-infused tequila with rose vermouth and an elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
Serve in a short tumbler glass with a large ice cube and top it with a spoonful of strawberries.

Pink Champagne/Dirty Diamond
Enjoy this velvety bubble with a balanced character at home. Fill about 2/3 of a flute glass with champagne and top it off with 2cl Chambord. Add a slice or two of strawberry and enjoy.

New Hamptons
Mojitos are made for hot summer days. Cool off on your balcony with our mojito that should be added to your arsenal of go-to summer long drinks. Pour 5cl pineapple-infused rum (Havana Club), 5cl pineapple syrup and 2-3cl almond orgeat syrup (Monin) in a tall glass. Add 5-6 mint leaves and crushed ice. Top with soda if needed and voila!

Summer Madness
To make this impressive long drink at home, shake 3cl vodka, 2cl Cointreau and 3cl lime juice. Pour in a tall glass and top up the mixture with cherry soda. To make the fluffy egg white foam this drink calls for, vigorously shake 15cl orange juice, 15cl egg white, 5cl lemon juice, 3cl Maraschino for 15 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice, shake for 30 seconds and your foam is ready. Crown your cocktail with the classy white froth and enjoy.

Rhubarb Blush
It’s not a summer without rhubarb and Aperol! Pour 5cl Aperol, 5cl rhubarb syrup and 2cl lemon juice in a tall glass. Finish off with soda and crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of orange.
