Here's our must-have sweet potato casserole that will have your family members asking for seconds. Warning: you might owe someone a pair of new pants after serving this dessert.

Ingredients:

5 small sweet potatoes, sliced
¼ cup reduced fat margarine
½ cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 package marshmallows

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).

Place sweet potatoes in a large saucepan and fill with water until the sweet potatoes are covered. Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and mash.

In a bowl, blend mashed sweet potatoes, margarine, brown sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon with an electric mixer. Spread evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with marshmallows and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
