Bloody French 75
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp (3/4 oz) freshly squeezed blood orange juice,
1/2 tbsp (1/4 oz) freshly squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp (3/4 oz) simple syrup infused with blood orange rooibos tea*
1 1/2 oz (3 Tbsp) Vodka
1/2 cup (3 1/2 oz) prosecco
Some mint sprigs
Instructions:
1. Mix blood orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup, into a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes.
2. Shake to mix well and strain, pouring into a glass of your choice.
3. Top with Prosecco
4. Garnish with a blood orange slice and mint sprig.

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
A tea bag of blood orange rooibos tea
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan and let it simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Add the tea bag and let it steep for a minute.

Mystic red
Ingredients:
½ cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice
4 tbsps brown liquor of your choice
Mystic vodka concoction*
Splash of sparkling water
Orange twist, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Stir blood orange juice, brown liquor, and mystic vodka concoction into a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes.
2. Stir well and strain, pouring into a glass of your choice.
3. Top with a splash of sparkling water
4. Garnish with a blood orange twist.

2 tbsps vodka
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of cloves
A pinch of nutmeg
Some blood orange zest
Mix the ingredients in a glass and let it sit for a few hours. For a stronger taste let it sit overnight.

Alcohol-free Bull's Eye
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of lemon juice
A can of your favorite alcohol-free beer
A bottle of ginger ale
2 tbsps of sugar
Some mint
Instructions:
1. Pour the lemon juice, beer and ginger ale into a pitcher.
2. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves
3. Pour drink over ice. Garnish with mint.
