Markiz's One-Pot Zucchini,Shrimp and Salmon Stir-Fry

Looking to whip up a quick, healthy and simple meal? We asked TV chef Markiz, who loves sharing inspirational meals for the family, to share one with us. She created this wonderful dish that you can wow your family with. Try it this weekend, fall in love with it and add it to your go-to dinner list.

Ingredients for four servings
2-3 zucchinis
21 (600 g) salmon filées
5 oz (150 g) peeled shrimp, about 18 oz (500 grams) with shells
1-2 garlic cloves
1 red onion
1 carrot
1 bell pepper, your choice of color
5 scallions
3.5 oz (100 g) radishes, about 12 radishes
2 inches (5 cm) fresh ginger
Sesame oil for sautéing
Salt and pepper
5 oz (150 g) sugar peas
1⁄2 tbsp chili flakes
A handful of baby spinach, about 1.8 oz (50 g)

Instructions:
Shred the zucchini, salt lightly and let It drain in a colander for 20 minutes.
Cut the salmon into smaller pieces.
Peel the garlic and grate finely.
Peel and slice the onion.
Peel the carrot and cut thinly.
Cut the bell pepper into smaller pieces.
Rinse and shred the lettuce and radishes.
Peel the ginger and grate finely.
Marinate the salmon in a little sesame oil, season with salt and pepper,
Now, it's time to stir-fry everything together. Start with onion, carrot and bell pepper. Sautée them until they're almost tender.
Stir in your sugar peas, scallions and radishes.
Taste with salt, pepper, garlic, chili flakes, ginger and sesame oil. Add the salmon, shrimp, zoodels and spinach.
